One decently simple thing you can add is some background parralax. This just means to side the background to the left slower than how much the foreground moves.
It's already nice that you change the background itsself, but that may make things feel a bit more interesting
Im starting to struggle with adding new things because my code kinda sucks..... I tried to add a caracter selector but it didnt work. I'll try to add some sort of background effect. Thanks for the kind words and suggestion:)
